Highlights of the week for Carys

This week was really fun.  We had a courage presentation on Monday, typing on Tuesday and Wednesday, gym on Wednesday and Friday.  For our courage presentation, our group did Derrick Coleman.  Our group thought Derrick Coleman is courageous because he has a hearing disability and still plays football.  He is the first legally deaf player in the NFL.  He plays for the Seahawks.

In typing, I am learning finger positions on level 3 and it is really hard and fun.  You put your pinkie down on semicolon and your ring finger on your right hand on L, your middle finger on K, your index finger on J.  The program makes for kids instead of making it all complicated like it would be for grownups.

We had a comprehension worksheet.  The worksheet helps Ms. Kathleen to know what reading group to put us in.  Anyway, this week was really fun.
